01Introduction and Scope

KIMGLOBAL CONSULTING LLC ("we", "us", "our") publishes mobile games on Google Play under the developer name POP Music Fans. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have when you install and play our games.

This Policy applies to the game Kpop Piano Game: Color Tiles (package name com.pianotiles.KPOP.Games) and to any other application we publish on Google Play that links to this page (together, the "Games"). For the purposes of the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation, KIMGLOBAL CONSULTING LLC is the data controller of the personal data described here.

By downloading or using a Game, you confirm that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not install or use the Games.

02Information We Collect

You can play our Games without creating an account. We do not ask for your name, email address, postal address, or phone number in order to play.

Permissions the Games may request

• Internet / network state — to load ads, verify purchases, and send diagnostic data.
• Advertising ID (AD_ID) — used by advertising and analytics SDKs to measure ad performance and, where consented, to personalize ads.
• Post notifications (optional) — only if you enable reminders or event notifications, and only after the system asks for your consent.

We do not request access to your contacts, calendar, microphone, camera, precise GPS location, or SMS.

03How We Collect Information

• Automatically, through the game client and the third-party SDKs embedded in it, when you launch and play.
• From Google Play, which confirms whether a purchase was completed and validates the transaction.
• Directly from you, when you email our support address, submit a review, or otherwise reach out to us.

04How We Use Information

• To operate, maintain and deliver the Games, including saving your progress and settings.
• To display advertising that keeps the Games free, and to measure whether those ads work.
• To process, verify and restore in-app purchases.
• To analyze how features are used so we can fix problems, balance difficulty, and plan updates.
• To detect, prevent and address fraud, cheating, abuse, and technical or security incidents.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
• To respond to your support requests and questions.

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (providing the Games and processing purchases), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service improvement, and non-personalized advertising), and consent (personalized advertising and optional notifications, which you may withdraw at any time).

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to the Games.

05Advertising and Third-Party SDKs

The Games are free to play and are supported by advertising. Ads are served by third-party advertising networks and mediated by third-party SDKs integrated into the Games. These partners may collect device identifiers (including the advertising ID), IP address, and interaction data in order to deliver ads, limit how often you see the same ad, measure performance, and detect invalid traffic.

Third-party SDKs currently integrated

We keep this list aligned with what is actually integrated in the released version of the Games, and we update it when integrations change. Third-party partners process data under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

06In-App Purchases and Payments

All in-app purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive, store, or process your payment card number or full billing address — those are handled by Google under the Google Privacy Policy. We receive only a confirmation that a purchase succeeded, along with a product and order identifier, so that we can deliver the item and restore it if you reinstall the Game.

Refunds, billing disputes and payment-method questions are handled by Google Play Support. We are happy to help you troubleshoot a purchase — just contact us.

07Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We share it only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers and SDK partners listed in Section 05, which process data on our behalf or as independent controllers for advertising and analytics.
• Google, as the app store operator and payment processor, for distribution, purchase verification, and policy compliance.
• Legal requirements, where we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users, the public, or us.
• Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, in which case the receiving entity remains bound by this Policy.
• With your direction or consent, for any other purpose we disclose to you at the time.

Aggregated, de-identified statistics that cannot reasonably be used to identify you may be shared freely.

08International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States, and the third-party providers described above operate globally. Your information may therefore be transferred to and processed in countries other than the one where you live, including the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

Where personal data protected by the GDPR is transferred out of the EEA, UK or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or another lawful transfer mechanism used by the relevant provider.

09Data Retention

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy:

• Analytics and gameplay events — up to 24 months, in aggregated or identifiable form.
• Crash and diagnostic logs — up to 90 days.
• Purchase records — as long as required for tax, accounting and fraud-prevention purposes (typically up to 7 years).
• Support correspondence — up to 24 months after your request is resolved.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it so that it can no longer be associated with you.

10Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS), access controls that limit data to personnel and partners who need it, and reliance on reputable service providers that maintain industry-standard security programs.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

11Children's Privacy

The Games are intended for a general audience aged 13 and over (or 16 and over where required by local law, for example in parts of the EEA). They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We do not knowingly serve personalized advertising to users we have reason to believe are below the applicable age of digital consent.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@example.com. We will take reasonable steps to delete that information from our systems promptly. Parents and guardians can also limit purchases and ad personalization through Google Family Link and the device's Google Ads settings.

12Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal data:

To exercise any of these rights, email support@example.com with enough detail for us to understand and verify your request (for example, your Google Play order identifier). We respond within the timeframe required by law — generally within 30 days, and within one month for GDPR requests. We may ask for information to verify that the request relates to you; we will never ask for your full payment details.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. If you are in the EEA, you can find your authority through the EDPB.

13Third-Party Links and Services

The Games may contain links to third-party websites, stores, social networks, or video platforms, and may include advertising that links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before providing any information to them.

14Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, our Games, or the law. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice — for example, an in-game notice or an update note on Google Play — before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Games after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
